3. Core principle: your documents stay on your device
Your PDF documents and the content you add (signatures, text, drawings, images) are processed locally on your device.
- We do not upload your documents to our servers.
- We do not share your documents with third parties.
- The App’s editing, signing and scanning features are designed to work offline and your documents are not sent to any server as part of these features.
If you choose to export/share a document (e.g., by email, messaging apps, cloud apps you select), that action is performed through third-party apps/services you choose and is governed by their own policies.
4. Information we collect
4.1 Document content
- We do not collect, store, or process your PDF document content on our servers.
4.2 Crash reports and diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics)
To improve stability and fix bugs, we use Firebase Crashlytics. Crashlytics may collect:
- crash reports and stack traces
- device and app information (e.g., device model, OS version, app version)
- timestamps and diagnostic/performance signals
We use this information only to identify issues, fix bugs, and improve the App. We do not use Crashlytics to personally identify you.
4.3 Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App may display ads using Google AdMob. Ad networks may collect:
- advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID, depending on your settings/consent)
- IP address (often used for fraud prevention and approximate location)
- ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
- device/app information for ad delivery and measurement
Ad personalization depends on your consent choices and device settings where applicable.

The App uses Google Play services to provide scanning capabilities. Scanning is initiated by you.
- The App does not upload your document content to our servers for scanning.
- Processing happens on-device and/or within Google Play services components required for the scanner feature.
4.5 Purchases (if applicable)
If you purchase subscriptions or in-app items, payments are processed by Google Play. We do not receive your payment card details. We may receive purchase/subscription status information (e.g., active/expired) to enable premium features.

- diagnose crashes and improve reliability (Crashlytics)
- display and measure ads (AdMob)

- Google Play (billing/subscription status)
These providers process data under their own policies.
8. Data retention
