Terms of Service – Sign PDF documents easy & fast

These Terms govern your use of Sign PDF documents easy & fast (“the App”).

1. Provider and roles

  • Responsible entity (Controller): MULTIAPPS S.L
  • Developer / technical maintainer: DIFERENCIART MARKETING SL

The Responsible entity operates the App and is the primary contact for legal and privacy matters. The Developer provides development and technical maintenance services.

2. Acceptance

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

3. What the App does

The App allows you to scan, view, edit, annotate, and sign PDF documents on your device.

Document scanning, editing, and signing are performed locally on your device. Your documents are not uploaded to our servers by the App and are not shared with third parties by the App.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • the documents you import, edit, sign, and share
  • ensuring you have the rights to use those documents
  • complying with applicable laws

No legal advice: The App is a tool. You are responsible for checking whether the output meets your legal/official requirements.

5. License to use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law
  • misuse the App for illegal activities
  • interfere with the App or attempt to bypass security features

6. Offline processing and sharing

The App processes documents offline on your device.

If you choose to export/share a document, that action uses third-party services/apps you select and is governed by their terms and policies.

7. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App may display ads via Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties. We do not control every ad shown, but we may use available controls to reduce inappropriate ads.

8. Crash reporting and diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics)

We use Firebase Crashlytics to identify and fix bugs and improve performance and stability.

9. Scanner feature (Google Play services)

Scanning features are provided using Google Play services components. Availability may depend on device compatibility and Google Play services being installed and up to date.

10. Purchases and subscriptions (if applicable)

If the App offers subscriptions or in-app purchases:

  • purchases are handled by Google Play
  • pricing and renewal terms are shown before purchase
  • you can manage/cancel subscriptions in Google Play settings
  • refunds are subject to Google Play policies and applicable consumer law

11. Updates and changes

We may update the App, add/change/remove features, and update these Terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the App will be error-free.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • loss of documents due to device issues, user actions, or third-party apps/services
  • indirect or consequential damages
  • issues caused by third-party services (AdMob, Google Play services, Google Play)

14. Intellectual property

The App, its design, branding, and code are owned by the Responsible entity and/or its licensors. All rights reserved.

15. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend access if you materially violate these Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of SPAIN, excluding conflict of laws rules. Courts located in SPAIN will have jurisdiction, unless consumer protection laws require otherwise.
